We’re Rebecca & Sophia—two sisters, business partners, and Founders of Rock & Soul Sisters.

The name reflects not only who we are but also what we stand for. The “R” in Rock represents Rebecca, and the “S” in Soul represents Sophia. Together, we’re sisters who are each other’s rock in life—steady, dependable, and there for one another no matter what.

And we’re also soul sisters. Our bond runs deeper than just family—we share a connection rooted in love, support, and inspiration. That connection is the heart of this business and everything we do.

 

Rock and Soul Sisters isn’t just a name; it’s a reminder that we’re here to uplift each other, our friends, and the amazing community of like-minded people we have found. Our workshops are a reflection of that mission: helping each of you lay a foundation—a rock—for your dreams and connecting with your deepest inspirations, your soul.

 

Sophia – A blend of creativity and strategy, with a passion for making ideas come to life. With a background in Business and Arts Management, Sophia has spent her career balancing the creative and corporate worlds. From talent agencies and marketing firms in California to project management in Ireland’s eLearning space, she thrives on bringing visions to reality—whether it’s events, branding, or digital projects.

 

Rebecca – A leader, coach, and advocate for wellbeing. With over 20 years in leadership roles in financial services, she specialises in coaching and team development. Her passion extends beyond the workplace, including being the founder and chair of Duleek’s Darkness Into Light initiative, creating spaces for community support and mental health awareness.
