Refund Policy

1. No Refunds Policy
At Rock & Soul Sisters, all ticket sales are final. We do not offer refunds for any purchases made through our website, except where required by applicable consumer laws under Irish and EU legislation, such as the Consumer Rights Directive.
2. Ticket Transfers
If you are unable to attend an event, you may transfer your ticket to another person. To do so, please notify us in advance by emailing events@rockandsoulsisters.com with the new attendee’s name and contact details. This transfer must be completed prior to the event.
3. Exceptional Circumstances
While we maintain a strict no-refund policy, we understand that exceptional circumstances may arise. If you believe your situation warrants a refund, please contact us at events@rockandsoulsisters.com. Refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and we will consider requests in accordance with our discretion and applicable Irish and EU consumer protection laws.
4.Consumer Rights
Under Irish and EU law, consumers have certain statutory rights, including the right of withdrawal within 14 days for distance contracts (where applicable). This cooling-off period may not apply to ticket sales for events, as goods or services related to leisure activities (such as tickets for an event) are exempt, provided the event is due to take place within a specific period.
